Report on Glucose Curves Monitored with the Flash Glucose Monitoring System (From 30th March 2025 to 5th April 2025)

30 th March 2025 Last week’s graph in the glucose monitoring system indicated insulin deficiency from morning to night. I was taking Zita Pio with breakfast, which does not stimulate beta cells for insulin secretion. Throughout the night, while taking Gemer DS 2 with dinner, the glucose level in my body is managed well. Starting today, I will also take Gemer DS 2 in the morning. Before breakfast, I had a cup of tea with a fried pathiri, which caused my glucose level to peak from 160 to 230. Ignoring my high glucose level, I had breakfast, consisting of three idlis, and then started walking. I walked for two hours, and by then my glucose had come down to 80. Quickly, I ate a bowl full of seedless grapes (around 20). My glucose level reached 126, an increase of 46. In the evening, I enjoyed coffe...

The Story of How Indan and Indi Made Neyyappam

Once upon a time, there lived Indi, a girl, and her brother Indan. They had cherished the desire to eat Neyyappam for a long time. Finally, one day, they decided to make Neyyappam. To do this, they went to the forest to collect wood and made two bundles. First, Indan took a bundle and placed it on Indi's head. "Who will put the other bundle on Indan’s head?" Indi put her bundle down and helped Indan lift his load onto his head. Then, who would help Indi carry her load of firewood? Indan set down his bundle and assisted Indi in hoisting hers. This way, they both helped each other carry their loads on their heads. Although they tried many times, one bundle or the other remained on the ground. At that moment, Puliyachan, an old Tiger, was passing by. They asked him for help. Puliyachan inquired about the purpose of the firewood, and they replied in unison, "To make Neyyappam." Then Puliyachan asked if they would give him a share. They fell silent. Consequently, Pu...
